My Role

My Role

I handled the full UX/UI design of the mobile app — from user flow and wireframes to final mockups. Designed key screens like map, booking, and ride history, and created a UI kit with reusable components and icons for a consistent visual style.

Challenge

Challenge

The main challenge was to keep the interface visually clean while packing in a lot of data (bike locations, battery levels, zones, parking rules) — without overwhelming users.

Process

Process

1. Defining Goals: Outlined key user needs: quick booking, smooth navigation, and clear access to available bikes.

2. User Flow & Sitemap: Mapped out the core structure to ensure a logical and user-friendly flow.

3. Wireframes: Sketched low-fidelity wireframes to validate structure and core interactions.

4. UI Design: Created high-fidelity mockups with focus on usability, clean map interactions, and clear CTAs.

5. UI Kit & Components: Built a consistent UI kit with reusable interface elements, color styles, and icon set.

6. Interactive Prototype: Assembled a clickable prototype to showcase the full app experience across key scenarios.

The result is a clean and intuitive Android app that makes it easy for users to rent e-bikes in just a few seconds. The app encourages sustainable transportation while keeping the user in control of their ride.
